Learn the signs and symptoms of PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). Learn how to engage your clients in conversation when you feel they may be suffering from PTSD or TBI and also find out what resources are available in the state to help our veteran’s receive the professional help they deserve.

Supportive Housing 101 - Dawn Newbrough and Zoe LeBeau, Corporation for Supportive Housing
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a successful, cost-effective combination of affordable housing with services that helps communities prevent and end homelessness by allowing people to live more stable, productive lives. We will discuss various models and strategies of PSH that have been successful in both larger cities and rural areas, and the factors that have contributed to that success.

Participants will learn how to engage and communicate with individuals who may not be ready for change. They will learn basic skill building tools to use with individuals who are recurrently successful including helping individuals with the skill of asking for help.
